Who we are

Helpore is a Swiss platform for everyday help at home.

The household is always the legal employer, and Helpore keeps the records.

Helpore Admin and Helpore Admin Light are two of our models. On both, we prepare the payroll and the salary reports the authorities require; on Helpore Admin, we also run the payroll and file the reports in the household's name.

Founder and Director

I started Helpore because employing someone at home in Switzerland brings paperwork most households have never done before: a registration at the start, then a payslip every month, and a declaration at the end of the year. We built it so a household can find a Helper and, if it wants, have us run the payroll and prepare the declarations.

How we publish

These are the rules we hold ourselves to when we publish anything.

  • Every figure we publish carries a date and a source.
  • When a number is wrong we correct it publicly and say what changed.
