Before you start
- Use your legal first and last name as shown on official documents.
- Have your phone, Swiss address, nationality, AHV number if you have one, and permit details if applicable.
- ID and work permit uploads can be added after onboarding, but Helpore will keep prompting for them and bookings can be blocked if required documents are not provided on time.
- Bank details are optional during onboarding; you can add them later from your helper dashboard.
Mobile walkthrough
The screenshots below show the real mobile flow. Form options can change depending on your nationality, permit status, marital status, and whether you have children.

Account 1Create your helper account
Start from the helper signup page with your own email and password.
- 1Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a strong password.
- 2Accept the required terms and privacy notice.
- 3Confirm your email if Helpore asks you to verify it.
- 4Log in with the same account to begin helper onboarding.
Use an email address you check regularly, because document reminders and support replies go there too.

Personal 2Personal information
Tell Helpore who you are legally and which language you prefer.
- 1Enter your legal first and last name exactly as they appear on official documents.
- 2Add a middle name only if you use one officially.
- 3Choose the name households should see, if different.
- 4Add your date of birth and preferred language, then save the step.
The legal name helps Helpore compare your profile with documents later. The public name can still be friendlier.

Contact 3Contact information
Add a reachable phone number and your Swiss address.
- 1Select the correct phone country code and enter your mobile number.
- 2Request the verification code and enter the code you receive by SMS.
- 3Add your street, number, postal code, and city.
- 4Save the step after the phone is verified.
If the phone code arrives, enter it in the verification field. The number is confirmed only after the code is accepted.

Eligibility 4Work eligibility
Confirm that you can legally work in Switzerland.
- 1Select your nationality.
- 2Enter your AHV number if you have one.
- 3If you are an EU/EFTA short-stay worker, enter the date you entered Switzerland and whether you already have an AHV number.
- 4If a residence or work permit applies, select the permit type and answer the work-permission question truthfully.
Your answers decide whether Helpore needs a permit document and which compliance checks apply before bookings.

Services 5Skills and services
Choose what services you offer and which languages you speak.
- 1Select all services you want to offer; multiple selection is allowed.
- 2Choose your experience level for each service.
- 3Select every language you can use with households and set the level honestly.
- 4Answer the comfort and allergy questions so clients can match with you safely.
You can edit services, languages, and profile details later from your dashboard.
Profile 6Profile and rates
Confirm the profile text and base gross hourly rate households will see.
- 1Review the prefilled headline and bio.
- 2Edit the text if you want it to sound more personal.
- 3Check the base gross hourly rate and make sure it meets the minimum shown.
- 4Save and continue when the preview feels accurate.
You can use the recommended text now and refine it later from the helper dashboard.
Availability 7Availability and coverage
Set when and where households can request your services.
- 1Adjust the weekly hours clients should be allowed to book.
- 2Disable days you do not want clients to book.
- 3Add postal codes, cities or addresses you serve in the coverage box.
- 4Save coverage changes first, then continue to documents.
You can add calendar blockers, holidays and change your hours later from the helper dashboard. If you do not add a custom area, Helpore starts with your home postal code.

Documents 8Documents
Upload identity and permit documents when available.
- 1Upload an ID or passport if you already have it ready.
- 2Upload a work or residence permit when Helpore requires it for your status.
- 3Add the expiry date for documents that expire.
- 4Add a criminal record certificate if you want the badge review.
You can continue if ID or permit is not ready yet, but Helpore will remind you and bookings can be blocked if required documents are missing.

Tax 9Withholding tax
Provide the details needed for Swiss withholding-tax handling.
- 1Select your religion and marital status.
- 2If you are married or partnered, add spouse or partner details when requested.
- 3If you have children, add the child details shown in the form.
- 4Review the answers before saving because they affect payroll declarations.
If a question does not apply to you, choose the option that says no or leave the optional fields empty.

Banking 10Banking information
Add payout details if you already have them.
- 1Enter your Swiss IBAN if available.
- 2Check the account holder name.
- 3Continue without bank details if you do not have them yet.
- 4Add or update payout details later from the helper dashboard.
Missing bank details should not stop onboarding. Any earnings can be held safely until payout details are complete.

Submit 11Review and submit
Confirm your information and send the profile for Helpore processing.
- 1Review each section and go back if something is wrong.
- 2Confirm that your information is accurate.
- 3Sign using the typed or drawn signature option.
- 4Submit onboarding. Your profile can be published with starter settings, then you can edit availability, pricing, and coverage area in the dashboard.
After submission, check your dashboard for missing document tasks and profile settings you may want to refine.
Ready to continue?
Create your helper account or return to onboarding and complete each saved step. After submission, your profile can go live with starter availability, area, and pricing that you can edit in the dashboard.
