- Helpore Admin and Helpore Admin Light: paid on the household's payout day, the 25th unless you agreed otherwise. Once Helpore Flex opens, Flex visits are paid on the first Wednesday after the visit counts as completed, one day after it ends.

Helpore is operated by Helpore AG, Thurgauerstrasse 101A, 8152 Opfikon. Your work is declared in Switzerland in the name of the household that employs you.

I am a Swiss citizen or hold a C permit (settlement permit)
I am an EU or EFTA national without a Swiss permit and will work in Switzerland for at most three months, or 90 working days, in this calendar year (notification procedure)
I hold another valid Swiss permit with the right to work
For example B (residence permit), L (short stay permit), G (cross border commuter permit), Ci (residence permit for family of international organisation staff), F (provisionally admitted foreigners) or S (protection status), with the right to work.
