When is the placement fee due?

Once, when you and a Helper settle on regular hours through Helpore. Every trial booking with that Helper in the previous 90 days is credited against it, so trying first costs nothing extra.

Do I need Helpore Admin to book?

No. Booking never requires a plan. Helpore Admin and Helpore Admin Light are for households that already employ someone, or that want the administration of a regular Helper handled.

When does the Helpore Admin fee start?

The subscription fee of Helpore Admin and Helpore Admin Light starts on the employment start date or, where that date lies before the setup day, on the setup day (the fee start day). Nothing is charged for the days between setup and the fee start day, although Helpore's administration runs from setup. The fee is CHF 23.90 per month or CHF 238.80 per year for Helpore Admin, and CHF 15.90 per month or CHF 154.80 per year for Helpore Admin Light. Your household is the employer from day one and owes the Helper's wage, contributions, insurance and taxes.

Do Helpers pay a fee?

Never. Helpore's income is the flat fee and the plans. Nothing is taken from a Helper's wage.

Yes. You keep the same Helper and the same employment; only the administration moves. Wages paid and holidays taken so far this year carry over, with no new probation period. On Admin, Helpore runs the administration in your name under your signed power of attorney, from the day you set it up.
