ZH has no separate cantonal minimum wage for household work, so the federal Swiss household-employment minimum (NAV Hauswirtschaft) sets the floor. The booking flow uses the entered job and Helper details to calculate the applicable floor for Childcare in Zurich.

Helpore Flex opens only once its Swiss licences are in hand. This is how a first visit works once it opens.
Once Flex opens, the request asks how your Helper gets in: you are home, the name on the bell, a door code, a key with a neighbour, a key box or another way, with a short note. The access details you give in the request are shared with your Helper for the visit. Each Helper's profile also says whether they accept a key to the home.
Where it matters for a service, the Helper's profile says who brings the supplies: the Helper brings the required supplies or equipment, or the household provides them. Some profiles also list extras for a service. If the household provides them, have the products and equipment ready before the first visit.
Each Helper can set the shortest visit they take for each service; where they do, their profile shows it as the minimum beside that service. A request shorter than the Helper's minimum is refused.
Once Flex opens, each visit has an agreed length, and the price is set for that length. Finishing early does not automatically lower the price. If you ask your Helper to leave while they are available to work, the agreed wage generally remains due. If your Helper leaves early without your agreement, only the hours actually worked are owed (Art. 322 CO); you and your Helper settle them between you, as employer and employee. If you need help with the record of the visit, write to Helpore. The same applies to a single visit and to regular visits.
