Questions before you start
The short version of how Helpore keeps booking and Swiss household admin connected.
Is Helpore the employer?
No. The household remains the legal employer where a household employment relationship exists. Helpore supports booking, payroll records, documents and admin under the authorization you provide.
Can I bring my own cleaner or nanny?
Yes. Helpore Admin is for households that already have a trusted cleaner, nanny or household helper and want the Swiss admin handled in one place.
Can I book someone only once?
Yes. Helpore Flex supports one-off and flexible bookings, which is useful when you are still finding the right person or do not need a fixed schedule.
What happens if I book the same helper regularly?
A regular pattern can move into a Managed Relationship with clearer contract, monthly payroll records, holiday tracking and notice-period support.
Who sets the helper’s hourly rate?
Helpers set their own rates. Helpore checks the applicable minimums and shows the full household price before confirmation.
Does Helpore reduce the helper’s pay when I book more hours?
No. Helper pay is not reduced because a booking is recurring or higher volume. Any frequency benefit comes from Helpore’s own service fee unless a helper later chooses their own rate tier.
What is Helpore Balance?
Helpore Balance is booking credit that can be used for flexible bookings when available. It is not a bank account, payment account or stored-value product for general use.
What does the price include?
Depending on the setup, the price can include helper pay, holiday pay where applicable, employer contribution and insurance handling, Helpore’s service fee, payment records and document support. VAT applies to Helpore’s service fee where applicable.
Is Helpore available everywhere in Switzerland?
Helpore is launching first in selected Zurich postcodes and will expand area by area as verified supply and admin coverage grow.
