Helpore
This policy explains how Helpore uses cookies and similar technologies on the website, which cookies are necessary, which optional categories may be used, and how you can change your choices.
Manage cookie choicesUsed for secure sign-in, session protection, language routing, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie preference.
Always active
Used only with your consent to remember helpful non-essential choices, such as display preferences.
Optional
We use no analytics cookies and no analytics tools of third parties. If one is ever added, it loads only if you allow analytics cookies.
Optional
Used only with your consent. Measurement tools of advertising providers record the pages you visit on Helpore and whether a visit from an ad leads to a registration, so that Helpore can measure its advertising campaigns.
Optional
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies can also store or read information from your device, for example to keep you signed in or remember a language choice.
Helpore currently uses necessary cookies for platform operation, security, authentication, locale handling and remembering your cookie decision. Optional categories are blocked unless you choose to allow them. With your consent, we also use marketing cookies and the measurement tools of advertising providers described under Third-party services. In your browser's storage we keep the reference of the ad you clicked and the link's campaign details. This is not a cookie. We use them to count which ads lead to registrations. If you refuse marketing cookies, we delete them from your browser.
You can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customize optional categories. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to the website or core platform functions.
When you save a choice, Helpore stores a non-sensitive preference cookie in your browser and records a pseudonymous consent event in our database. This prevents the banner from appearing again on later visits unless the policy version changes or you clear browser data.
You can update your choice at any time from this page using the cookie settings button. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
We use measurement tools of advertising providers. They load only after you accept marketing cookies, and if you withdraw that consent, we stop sending them information from your browser and from our server. They record the pages you visit on Helpore, the reference of the ad you clicked and whether the visit leads to a registration. When a Helper registers, the Helper's email address is sent to the provider in hashed form: turned into a code that does not show the address, which the provider can still match with the addresses of its own users. With the same consent, our server also reports the registration to the provider, with your IP address, your browser type, the page you registered on and the reference of the ad you clicked. Separately from these tools, we report once to one of these providers that a Helper who came from its ad completed onboarding, as the Privacy Policy describes; that report does not depend on your cookie choice after registration. We use no analytics tools of third parties; such a tool would load only after you accept analytics cookies. Payment, authentication and security providers may still use cookies or similar technologies when required to provide their essential service. The Privacy Policy describes these providers and where they process data.
