Your Helper stays yours. We handle the administration.

For the Helper you already have or want to keep, Helpore prepares the contract and handles registration, monthly payroll, contributions, insurance administration and payments under your signed authorization.

The Helper starts with a private Helpore account to review and sign the agreement. A public marketplace profile is optional. They can choose to publish one later if they want other households to find them.

We keep payroll records in Helpore's Swiss database. We store AHV numbers encrypted and show only their last digits. Every change to pay is written down, with what changed and when. How payroll data is protected

Which one is right for you?

With Helpore Admin Light, Helpore prepares the registration and the monthly calculation, and your household sends, registers and pays them itself. With Helpore Admin, you authorize Helpore to register your Helper and pay the wage and contributions in your name. Choose the model by who registers and pays: you, with Admin Light, or Helpore in your name, with Admin.

The real difference is control and execution

Helpore Admin Light

No signed authorization is needed. We prepare the work; you approve and submit it. The wage, the contributions and the premiums go straight from you to your Helper, the offices and the insurer; you pay Helpore only the Light fee.

Helpore Admin

You sign an authorization limited to the tasks Helpore performs. Helpore can then submit, administer and process payroll for you. Your household remains the employer.
