Swiss law sets minimum pay rules for domestic work in many situations, so your pay is protected at the bottom, and you decide where above that your rate sits.
You choose when and where you work
You set your own availability and pick the areas where you want to work. You are not assigned shifts and you are not tied to a single household. You can live in one canton and work in another. You stay in control of your own schedule.
Check the employment terms and records
For actual employment, check the agreed tasks and gross wage, wage records, applicable contributions and accident cover. A profile alone does not start a job. Flex booking is not open yet.
