Why Helpore started
Helpore was founded after seeing how fragmented Swiss household employment is: finding a person happens in one place, while contracts, wages, insurance and records happen elsewhere. The product is being built in Zürich to keep those parts connected.
I started Helpore because employing someone at home in Switzerland brings paperwork most households have never done before: a registration at the start, then a payslip every month, and a declaration at the end of the year. We built it so a household can find a Helper and, if it wants, have us run the payroll and prepare the declarations.
