## Finding

In the 2025 Swiss Labour Force Survey, 19.09919416% of employees in direct household employment worked on call, compared with 8.094045116% across all industries. Helpore divided and subtracted the unrounded official cells, producing a ratio of 2.3596599581889457 and a gap of 11.005149044 percentage points. Displayed figures are rounded to one decimal place.

## Population and scope

The survey covers Switzerland's permanent resident population aged 15 and over. These industry estimates concern employees excluding apprentices. The household category covers private households as employers of domestic personnel. Company supplied workers and independent providers are classified elsewhere. On call means an employee works only when called upon by the employer.
