Swiss household employment
Also written: Lohnabrechnung · Décompte de salaire · Conteggio salariale
Every wage payment must come with a written statement showing the gross wage, each deduction by name and amount, and the net amount paid. For a household employee that means the hours or the monthly salary, holiday pay where it is paid as a supplement, the employee shares of AHV, IV, EO and ALV, any non occupational accident premium, any withholding tax, and the net wage.
The payslip is the record you both rely on: the Helper for their own social insurance and tax, you for the annual wage statement and the declaration to the compensation office. Under the simplified procedure the flat tax appears on it as well. Helpore produces the payslip from the confirmed hours each month, in the Helper's language, and keeps every version.

The employee deductions that appear on it, and the simplified procedure limits:
Yes. The duty does not depend on the amount. It is also what protects you if a dispute about hours or pay arises later.
Ten years, like other accounting records. Helpore keeps every payslip and salary statement it issues for that period.
