Questions partners ask

Who is the employer?
Your client's household. The household signs the employment contract and is the employer. With Helpore Admin, Helpore does the administration in your client's name. With Helpore Admin Light, Helpore prepares it, and your client files and pays. You recommend Helpore, and you are not the employer.
Which plans can my client choose?
With Helpore Admin, Helpore registers the employment, runs the payroll and makes the payments in your client's name. With Helpore Admin Light, Helpore prepares the documents and your client files and pays. Your client can pay either plan monthly or yearly.
What does my client have to do?
Open your link, register and choose a plan. Your client then deals with Helpore directly.
How do I get my partner link?
Apply on this page. We check each application by hand. If your business qualifies, we email you your partner link. Each partner gets one link.
Is there a partner account?
No. There is no partner login. We write to you by email.
What is my client told?
Your client reads the message you send. It says what each plan does. Your client sees each price before choosing.
