Use Helpore Admin when you already have a cleaner, nanny or household Helper, or when a Helper you found through Helpore Flex becomes someone you want to work with regularly.

CHF 23.90/month or CHF 238.80/year; no percentage commission on the Helper wage.

For one specific private Helper relationship, with contract, documents, monthly records and payment references connected.

Full Admin acts only within the administration covered by your signed authorization.

The Helper stays private and does not need a public marketplace profile. They use a private Helpore account to review and sign the agreement.

How much should Helpore take over?

Where an employment relationship exists, your household remains the Helper’s legal employer. Helpore Admin is optional and covers the agreed administration under your authorization. Wages, social security contributions, insurance premiums and other statutory employment costs remain separate and visible.
