How to create your customer account

   Sign up — Click “Sign up” and create your account with your name, email address, and password. Accept the terms of service and marketing, then click Continue.

   Verify your email — Enter the verification code sent to your email to confirm your address.

   Start customer onboarding — Helpore guides you through onboarding so your account meets the Swiss legal requirements for becoming an employer.

   Personal details — Enter your name, date of birth, and nationality, then click Continue.

   Residential address — Provide your residential address.

   Verify your phone — Enter the OTP code sent to your phone, then click Continue.

   Employer status & AHV — Indicate whether you’re already registered as an employer, and enter your AHV number.

   Power of attorney — Provide your signed power of attorney so Helpore can handle the required social-security contributions and insurances on your behalf.

9. 9

   Done — Onboarding is complete. You’ll land in your workspace, where you can find helpers and see your upcoming bookings.
