No. A thirteenth month salary is not a statutory entitlement in Switzerland. It exists where a contract, a collective agreement or a standard contract provides for it, and it is common in some sectors and absent in others.
For household employment it is a matter of agreement. If you promise it in the contract it becomes binding, so write down whether it is included and how it is calculated for part time hours.
