Write a notice letter for a household employment

For the household as employer and for the Helper. The last day comes from the notice rules of your canton, your probation and the years of service. You print the letter, sign it by hand and hand it over. Your entries stay in your browser: nothing is sent.

This letter gives ordinary notice of an open ended employment contract. A fixed term contract ends without notice at its agreed end (Art. 334 para. 1 CO); ending a contract at once for a serious reason (Art. 337 CO) is a different step, with no template here.
