Registering the employment
Your Helper is registered with the AHV compensation office for your canton, where contributions are due from the very first franc of household wages.
Monthly payroll and payslips
Wages, holiday pay and deductions are calculated every month, and your Helper receives a proper payslip.
Social security contributions
Old age, disability and income compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and the cantonal family allowance contribution are calculated and settled with the compensation office.
Accident insurance

Year end wage statement
The official wage statement your Helper needs for their tax return is produced for you at the end of the year.

What is the difference between Helpore Flex and Helpore Admin?
Helpore Flex is for finding and booking helpers by the hour. Helpore Admin is for managing one specific helper relationship monthly, whether you already knew the helper or found them through Helpore Flex.
Can I bring a Helper I already know?
Yes. Helpore Admin supports an existing relationship across Helpore’s household-service categories, with the agreed Swiss administration kept in one place.
What if I find a helper through Flex and want to keep them?
You can switch that specific helper relationship to Helpore Admin. Helpore may also suggest switching when you book a high number of hours with the same helper, for example more than 40 hours in a month.
Who sets the helper’s hourly rate?
Helpers set their own rates. Helpore checks the applicable minimums and shows the full household price before confirmation.
What does the price include?
Flex shows one clear household total before you book, including Helper pay, applicable employment amounts and Helpore’s service fee. Helpore Admin is a separate flat subscription for administration; Helper wages, social-security contributions, insurance premiums and other statutory employment costs remain separate and visible. VAT applies to Helpore’s service fee where applicable.
