Is Helpore the employer?

No. The household remains the legal employer where a household employment relationship exists. Helpore supports booking, payroll records, documents and admin under the authorization you provide.

What is the difference between Helpore Flex and Helpore Admin?

Helpore Flex is for finding and booking helpers by the hour. Helpore Admin is for managing one specific helper relationship monthly, whether you already knew the helper or found them through Helpore Flex.

Can I bring my own cleaner or nanny?

Yes. Helpore Admin is for households that already have a trusted cleaner, nanny or household helper and want the Swiss admin supported in one place.

What if I find a helper through Flex and want to keep them?

You can switch that specific helper relationship to Helpore Admin. Helpore may also suggest switching when you book a high number of hours with the same helper, for example more than 40 hours in a month.

Who sets the helper’s hourly rate?

Helpers set their own rates. Helpore checks the applicable minimums and shows the full household price before confirmation.

What does the price include?

Depending on the setup, the price can include helper pay, holiday pay where applicable, employer contribution and insurance handling, Helpore’s service fee, payment records and document support. VAT applies to Helpore’s service fee where applicable.
