Sign up for the waitlist and you receive one email on the day it opens. Helpore Admin Light records the agreed terms of one employment relationship and gives it the exact monthly wage calculation, while you do the registrations, filings and payments yourself. Helpore Admin runs the registration, payroll, contributions and insurance administration for you under your authorization. Both work for a Helper you already know.
Yes. If you already have a Helper, you can start directly with Helpore Admin Light or Helpore Admin. You do not need Flex for that. Your household remains the employer.
This step opens together with Flex. Until then it is on the waitlist: sign up and you receive one email on the day Flex opens. After that you can move your relationship with a Helper you found through Flex to Helpore Admin Light or Helpore Admin. If you already know your Helper, you do not need to wait for Flex.
Helpers set their own rates. Helpore checks the applicable minimums and shows the full household price before confirmation.
Flex shows one household total before you confirm, with the Helper’s pay, the employment amounts that apply and Helpore’s service fee. Helpore Admin is a separate flat subscription for the administration. The Helper’s wage, social security contributions, insurance premiums and other statutory employment costs stay separate and visible. All listed Helpore prices include VAT, to the extent it is owed.
