I am a French national currently living in Switzerland, and I am a childcare professional with a French CAP in Early Childhood Education and several years of experience caring for children from infancy to school age. I have worked in different childcare settings, including nurseries, preschools, private households, and both live-in and live-out nanny positions. My early childhood background has given me strong knowledge of babies’ and young children’s needs, including supporting sleep routines, feeding, hygiene, early development, sensory activities, and creating a safe and nurturing environment. I enjoy providing age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, emotional security, independence, and healthy development. I also have experience working in sole charge positions, independently managing children’s daily routines and wellbeing. I am comfortable taking care of multiple responsibilities while remaining calm, organised, attentive, and reliable. I understand the importance of creating a consistent routine for a young baby while also being flexible and responsive to their individual needs. I am a caring, patient, discreet, and trustworthy person. I enjoy becoming a positive and supportive presence in a family’s home and building a strong relationship based on communication and mutual respect. I am also comfortable with childcare-related household tasks such as preparing meals, organising children’s belongings, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. I am passionate about early childhood development and I have a particular interest in Montessori-inspired approaches, encouraging children to learn through exploration, independence, and everyday experiences.
